For information on features and amenities at each chain, please refer to our
Extended Stay Chain Comparison Survey. To allow for a
meaningful price comparison, we recorded the best available daily rates (based on a weekly stay) for studio suites at all hotels for the same time
period - a stay from January 4 to January 11, 2016. The studios in our rate survey all are one-room suites with fully-equipped kitchens, including (at a
minimum) a refrigerator, sink, microwave and stovetop.

decrease of 2.6% at Crossland to an increase of 4.1% at Homewood Suites.
Note: Calculations are limited to properties that were included in both surveys.
