Raytheon, a leading government contractor based in Massachusetts, recently dedicated a new 45,000-square-foot office building in northern Virginia at a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell. She said, however, that her favorite feature of the hotel is the "awesome recliner" in each room, as these chairs allow people to kick back and feel at home.
Ultimately, Cuppett said that guests choose the hotel because of the value it provides its guests. "[We give them] everything they need and nothing they don't," she said, adding that this helps make guests comfortable without forcing them to pay extra for services or facilities that they wouldn't use.
In addition to its value and comfort, the Candlewood Suites Washington-Dulles Herndon is popular because of its location. The hotel is located close to Washington-Dulles International Airport as well as offices of businesses like BAE, NEC, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, HP, Cisco and Deltek.
