Travelers looking for an extended stay hotel in Wilmington, North Carolina, may wish to stay at the Staybridge Suites Wilmington East, a new facility set to open its doors on April 1.
According to Sandi Justice, the director of sales and marketing for the Staybridge Suites Wilmington East, approximately 60 percent of the hotel's guests during the summer are expected to come to Wilmington for leisure purposes, while 60 percent of visitors to the hotel in the winter will be in the area for business.
Justice said that many travelers will be drawn to the new hotel by "the fact that we are all-inclusive." Amenities that guests at the Staybridge Suites Wilmington East will be able to enjoy include a hot breakfast, an evening reception with free beer and wine, an indoor pool, a full fitness center and laundry facilities. Each room at the hotel includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a TV and free high-speed internet. Additionally, travelers at the hotel can buy staples and snacks from Bridge Mart, an on-site convenience store. These features ensure that guests can experience "all the comforts of home, rather than just a hotel room," said Justice. In particular, she cited the fact that everything in the hotel is new, saying that "everyone likes a new product."
Another important feature of they Staybridge Suites Wilmington East that is expected to appeal to guests is the hotel's location. Justice said that visitors will appreciate how the hotel provides "ease of getting to everything quickly," with its location on New Centre Drive allowing them to "walk to restaurants and retail shopping."
The new hotel is expected to be popular among families who are relocating thanks to storage facilities on the premises. Additionally, Justice said that many people who are moving would appreciate the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly, saying that "everyone likes to travel with their family friends." Relocating families may also enjoy the hotel's policy of not requiring a lease or a minimum length of guests' visits, allowing travelers to stay at the new facility for as long or as short a time as they need.
A one-week stay in April at the Staybridge Suites Wilmington East starts from $119 per night.
