We encourage you to provide objective information, and to avoid marketing hype, Unnecessary
CAPITALIZATION, superlatives and exclamation points!
Descriptions that appear to be written by an unbiased reviewer perform best. Important
information for customers includes location, types of rooms/apartments, and amenities. If practical, it is also good to provide
rate information (e.g. "From $120/night, $2200/month"). This will discourage clicks from bargain-hunters who cannot afford your accommodations.
Of course, if your rates really are bargains, then listing these low rates will attract more customers.
