Staybridge Suites - Cherry Creek in Denver's inner southeast suburb of Glendale is affiliated with InterContinental Hotels. Our
two-bedroom apartment suite with one king and one queen bed was booked at a nightly rate of $159 (weekend). Staybridge Suites is an extended
stay hotel chain, so travelers get much lower rates for longer stays. This hotel exceeded expectations, even for an upscale chain.
- Decor: Great colors, great furniture. Rating of 5 (on scale of 1 to 5).
- Lighting: Plenty of light everywhere. Rating of 5.
- Comfort: Excellent. Thick mattresses -- could not feel anything when someone else moved -- very comfortable.
Couch had a comfortable hideaway bed. The matching chair was very comfortable also. Rating of 5.
- Upkeep: Very clean, everything looked new. Rating of 5.
- Service: Everyone was very friendly -- smiled and asked if we needed anything.
Rating of 5.
- Breakfast: Continental with make-your-own waffles, juice, milk, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins,

Residence Inn - Denver Tech Center in Denver's south suburb of Englewood is affiliated with Marriott. Our
bi-level penthouse suite with two baths, one queen bed and a murphy bed was booked at a nightly rate of $129 (weekend). Residence
Inn is an extended stay hotel chain, so travelers get much lower rates for longer stays. This hotel met expectations for an upscale chain.
- Decor: Decorated more like an apartment, not your typical hotel/motel. Furniture was like you would find in an apartment
or home. Rating of 5.
- Lighting: Lit very well. Plenty of lighting throughout. Rating of 5.
- Comfort: Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure in showers was wonderful. Beds were firm, yet comfortable. Living area
had Murphy bed and it was quite comfortable. Rating of 4.
- Upkeep: Very clean. Looks like an apartment from the outside. Rating of 4.
- Service: We were not pleased with the service. We arrived around 4:30 and our room was not ready yet (check in was at 4pm).
We had to wait for about 15 minutes before it was ready. We also needed additional bedding and they didn't have any. Employees at front desk
were not very helpful or pleasant.
Rating of 2.
- Breakfast: Eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, cereal, pastries. Food was running out, and had to ask someone to bring more.
Rating of 3.
- Other: Kitchen was updated with very nice newer appliances and cabinets. Enough settings and cookware for 6 people. There
were just 4 suites in each building. Our suite had a very homey feeling to it, we just weren't impressed with the staff!
